Situated on the main avenue in Polanco, guests have easy access to top-notch restaurants, trendy shops, and cultural attractions. The hotel provides a great service, with exceptional staff always ready to assist. The rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city, perfect for enjoying a cocktail while taking in the skyline.
Some guests have mentioned that the rooms lack noise insulation, which can be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

The hotel had a great central location which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were amazing, always friendly and attentive. They even offered us complimentary fruit-infused water and tequila upon arrival which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
Also, there was some noise from outside at night which disrupted our sleep. the stay was enjoyable, but these two aspects were the only negatives.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, and the room was sleek and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The only thing I would suggest to improve the breakfast selection is to offer a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a swanky area that had the perfect location. It was situated in the super fancy neighborhood of Polanco, which was not only safe but also surrounded by great restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptional, offering top-notch service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and I had access to fantastic facilities, including a pool and gym. Compared to other hotels in the area, it exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and style.
I did find that the hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere, making it feel more like a business hotel.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, spa centre, and sun terrace which provided a luxurious experience. the catering service and restaurant buffet provided an excellent selection of food for breakfast.
The only minor issue we experienced was slow service from the bar/lounge area. However, the overall experience at the hotel was fantastic and fulfilled all of our luxurious needs.
